Our gym is different! Our exercise training approach makes use of the body’s natural movement patterns to improve overall health. Our gym is different! Our exercise training approach makes use of the body’s natural movement patterns to improve the overall health and fitness of each client. Our group fitness classes are fun, interactive and carefully planned in order to keep you safe, motivated and challenged ensuring high energy expenditure at an individual level. We encourage our clients to attend our gym at least 3 times a week in order to maintain minimum health requirements. Keep in mind that this is a baseline for health! Clients with additional fitness goals should talk with our training team for more specific recommendations.
