Do not use this company as they do not stand behind their service. all I heard were excuses as to why the carpets were not only nasty, wet and oily but couldn't get him back out to the job site to rectify the problem. After several calls to see if Brandon would like the opportunty to make right the shoddy job he had done the first time, it was apparent that Brandon does not care about customer service. I rented a machine from Walmart and was so disgusted by the dirt and filth pulled from the "professionally cleaned carpets". If you don't care about the end product then hire this company.
