This company has terrible customer service. After paying to take the CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens course - and passed - I was sent someone else's ID card. I have repeatedly contacted this company through the only means they allow; an online email. They have failed to contact me back for over a month now. As I need this for my current job, it is rather upsetting that a company that is supposed to be certified and maintain specific regulations, doesn't have the decency to provide customer service in a timely matter, or even at all. Upsetting to say the least. Especially when this is a very simple, easy fix. It is just a matter of sending the correct card that has already been paid for. Definitely will not be recommending this company, which is unfortunate because they do provide reasonably priced courses. If this matter were to be resolved in the very near future, as my job is on the line now due to lacking the card, I would change my mind.
