Customer service at its best! Called them on an urgent basis to fix the malfunctioning smart lock and I received the assistance I needed within 20 minutes. Considering the cost of the services, and the value they offer, I’d say they’re the best in Henrico, VA. I had an entire apartment building that needed to be rekeyed to the master key system before the tenants moved in. It was a humongous task, but Exclusive Locksmith Service made it look too easy. An excellent display of team work as they set about rekeying all the locks as per plan in less than 3 hours! What’s more, they agreed to work overnight so that the tenants could occupy the space the next morning. Great team spirit and a commitment to serve do pay off!
