Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Safe & Key Store salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys! Apart from lock repairs, they’ve got a host of other services – I can’t list them all out here, so make sure you check their website https://www.DownersGrove.Safe-Key-Store.com. I’m planning on getting new doors fixed next month, and there’s no doubt, Safe & Key Store is the firm I’ll call. I can’t recommend them enough to the people of Downers Grove, IL! Go for it!

Very Good service. Professional and veery courteous. Got me out of a jam that was my own making. Thought I could do it myself. Terry did in 30 minutes what took me several hours and all I did was mess things up. Worth every dime! You don't mind paying when you get the service. Pleasant people as well. Thank you Safe & Key Store we will call you again "Hope Not" :) !

Top notch service! I hired Safe & Key Store after checking out their impressive website https://www.DownersGrove.Safe-Key-Store.com. Apparently, they offered 24 hour service at zero added charges. I worked odd shifts, and the only time I’m at home is after 11 pm. Joe was very understanding and he instantly agreed to get there at my time of convenience. Earlier, I used to take a day off from work to supervise the maintenance work but with Safe & Key Store, I don’t have to. Thanks for fixing the locks up and offering me great advice on maintaining them. I can’t recommend these guys enough! If you need a locksmith in Downers Grove, IL that values you and goes the extra mile to provide excellent service, they’re the ones to go to….
