I’d just moved into the apartment and needed my locks changed. I called Lock Safe Services for the job. While the technician got there on time, the locks couldn’t be installed. Turns out, I needed permission from the building owner, before I could change the locks. David was understanding, and agreed to come at a later point of time when I had all the formalities sorted out. He didn’t even charge me for the visit. Two days later I called them again and got the new locks fitted without a hitch. Have made them my go-to locksmith in West Newton, MA 02465 and I bet you should too! Ten on Ten!

It was an emergency, and despite making frantic phone calls to a dozen different locksmiths, no one was ready to help. It was New Year’s Eve and I really wanted to get home quick to spend the holiday with my family. I seriously doubted there’d be any locksmith available at such a time. Thankfully, James from Lock Safe Services agreed to get there and help me regain access into my car. I’m stumped by the dedication these guys from Lock Safe Services show! If it wasn’t for James, I’d have never made it home before dinner time! They’re just great! Thank you so much Lock Safe Services! I owe you! Big thanks to Mike for taking his time with the pick instead of resorting to the drill. Saved me $20 plus the cost of a replacement doorknob Lock Safe Services ARE THE BEST LOCKSMITH COMPANY!!!
