I just had Central Locksmith Store change a lock on a newly acquired work space in Severn, MD. Dave and Central Locksmith Store exceeded every expectation I had. When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends.
