This dark sight was found in Pie Town, New Mexico; population approximately 200. The nearest small population center (Springerville, AZ) is 65 miles away and Albuquerque 150 miles. SKYPi boasts Bortle Dark Scale 1 sky. An altitude of nearly 8,000 feet places the sight above the majority of particulates and haze that plague many lower sites.
