Perfectionists! That’s the only way I could describe John and his amazing team from Neighborhood Locksmith Store. The security guard had failed to turn up at the office that day and hadn’t handed out the keys to anyone. That meant, all the employees were locked out of the premises. Thankfully, I called Neighborhood Locksmith Store and they arrived right on time to open up the lock. If not for them, I would have had to send the employees back home and lose an entire day’s work. Thank you, Jason! After months of no results for my coop management office fixing my faulty street-level front door lock, I called Neighborhood Locksmith Store. Jason asked quiet, specific questions including asking for photos, then asked if I could wait two days so he could send a problem solver. End of questions, Neighborhood Locksmith Store had expert solutions. Jason, unhurried, figured out the problem, explained it, resolved it even though it wasn't easy.

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Neighborhood Locksmith Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!
