By 13, he was interested in complimenting his Judo skills, and began taking Jiu Jitsu lessons from Master Andre Pederneiras. At the age of 17, the young teen decided to take on mastering Jiu Jitsu full-time. Today, this Jiu Jitsu international champion trains others to live the Jiu Jitsu lifestyle. He focuses on teaching others that Brazilian Jiu Jitsu “greatly improves life, builds confidence and creates better citizens.” Professor Marcelo Meleiro now teaches at LivJits Long Beach Jiu Jitsu Academy, where you don’t just train Jiu Jitsu, YOU LIVE IT!
