Greetings Fellow Hikers, Bikers, Martial Artists, Enthusiests And Other Hobbyists, My name is Sensei Dannon S. Moore and I present to you KempoHikes! I created KempoHikes for enthusiasts that would take their outdoors interests to a whole new level. With seven degree's of black belt and over twenty years of experience in our local mountains and Sierra Nevada's, I have acquired what I call "Natural Martial Fitness". Natural Martial Fitness is a state of health, fitness and well being achieved through this practice. Our program is a fusion of Shaolin Kempo Karate, (A self defense system created by Grandmaster - Frederick J. Villari) and Outdoors activities including, hiking, backpacking, camping, mountain and road biking. Just imagine yourself learning to throw off attackers amongst the incredible views of Mount Wilson. Or maybe Tai chi in Yosemite, next to an amazing high country river surrounded by flowers and other wildlife. Now, imagine yourself ending a sensational day of hiking, martial arts and self discovery, soaking in natural, healing hot springs. This program was designed with you in mind. No previous experience is necessary. KempoHikes is for Ages 9* and up. Now is a perfect time to begin your own path to Natural Martial Fitness.
