I wasn’t in desperate need of a locksmith or in any emergency, I just needed new locks installed in my property without spending a fortune for it. Expert Locksmith Shop delivered beyond my expectations. I always value good service, like many of you reading this review. The locksmith was on time, efficient, talented, and a really fun person to talk to. I’m completely confident that he set me up with the best locks available under my budget. How? He showed me the stark difference in quality between the old lock (an outdated, poor quality, worthless lock) and the new one (sturdy and new). All the technicians seem incredibly talented. You can easily tell by seeing them in action that they know their stuff. After breaking a key in my front door I called Expert Locksmith Shop. The technician showed up promptly, removed the key and adjusted the lock to prevent future issues. The rate was very reasonable and much less than competitors. I highly recommend Expert Locksmith Shop.

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Expert Locksmith Shop to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable.
