Tim specializes in a branch of manual therapy called Rolfing Structural Integration, commonly known as Rolfing. This unique hands-on approach focuses on reorganizing the body's connective tissue, called fascia or myofascia, and not only seeks pain relief, but overall health and well-being by addressing issues of alignment, posture, and movement. He is passionate about helping people recover from injuries, improve athletic performance, and reverse the detrimental effects of a sedentary lifestyle. Knowing what it's like to suffer from chronic tension and pain, he brings a strong sense of compassion and empathy into each of his interactions with his clients.
