Dr. Sauter often says that one of the unfortunate truths in our culture is that people commonly seek health care only at the point of illness. This often leads to treatment of only superficial symptoms with prescription medications. Dr. Sauter is trained as a primary care physician, and in every day practice, she treats a little bit of everything, from common viruses to heart disease, but the treatment protocol always begins with supportive care, and she relies on aggressive methods only when absolutely necessary. Our acupuncturists personalize their sessions to each patient and work to coordinate your care as a team within the clinic. Treatments may include acupuncture, massage, moxibustion and Chinese herbs.
