An indoor fitness/spinning studio. We have great Freemotion bikes, high powered instructors, great music and a state of the art vibration plate.
We offer state-of-the art spinning bikes, highly qualified instructors, a great sound system, well choreographed cycling routines, motivation high energy instruction, and a good time while burning calories, getting fit and even meeting people. We will be offering boot camps and a juice bar is in the works. Also we have spray tanning in our back room.
