Our a/c quit working the other day during the recent heat wave. I frequently work at home and cannot afford to be without my air conditioning. I called McKinney TX Air Conditioning to see if they could repair our Air conditioning today. I explained it was not code red, but it was critical due to work. Last week, we had our Air conditioning system checked for routine maintenance, it was determined that there was a leak. We called Philip of Air McKinney TX Air Conditioning and they promptly came to the house and gave us an estimate on a new Trane system. The next Tuesday, they came to do the change out. When the Air conditioning repairman began the job, he noticed the deteriorated condition of the duct system. He explained in in language I could understand what needed to be done. He called his partner, who came again to the house and gave us an estimate on a new vent system. The two began work in a very professional manner. They were courteous, polite and very aware that they were in my home. Their work ethic was exemplary and when the work was finished, the cleanup was immaculate. It was a pleasure to have McKinney TX Air Cnonditioning employees in our residence. We would definitely recommend McKinney TX Air Conditioning to anyone requiring air conditioning service. The repairman that McKinney TX Air Conditioning sent to my house was straightforward and answered all of my questions. We felt very at ease with him and he did an excellent job! We received bids from other hvac companies in addition to McKinney TX Air Conditioning, and the other two were not in the same ballpark..
