I have been practicing yoga for 15 years through the guidance of many wonderful & inspiring teachers. I am excited to share my experience with the community. My studies began in New York City where I had the good luck of practicing with seasoned teachers from the Jivamukti Yoga School and the Kula Yoga Project. Having had a consistent teacher/mentor while I worked at my "job-job", my path to Yoga deepened more and more as I was introduced to Buddhism and other complimentary readings.
