Rock-Shops.net was developed out of a desire to find Rock Shops as my wife and I were traveling. As Rockhounds and a recreational geologist we love travel to new locations to Rock Hunt and visit all the Rock Shops we can find. I spent a lot of time doing Internet searches and looking through books and magazines before our trips.
