Our beef is born and raised on a family owned ranch near the Russian Peak Wilderness area in Northern California. Our animals are fed only USDA certified organic grass and hay from our own pastures. This allows us to minimize the stress on the animal, reduce the environmental cost of transportation, and eliminate any antibiotics or growth stimulants.
