DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BYRON COPELAND, owner of this company, also DBA Vegas Hotel Escapes. I paid $1300 for 2 nights/2 rooms at MGM Grand. I called the hotel on two separate days, and was told I had NO RESERVATIONS. I come to find that HE NEVER PAID THE RESERVATION CENTER for my booking. He refuses to refund my money, answer phone calls, or reply to texts. Also of note, on other platforms he claims his business to be BBB-affiliated with an A+ rating, and accredited by OSSN/TRUE (CCRA) and ARC - all false claims. Read the Yelp reviews.
