My name is John I used this company last week on a hotel stay in las vegas NV. I received a 4 star hotel for a 2 star price on the weekend! Thank you we will be using you again.

This company is a SCAM. Unsurprisingly, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) graded the company "F" on a scale from A+ to F. I researched Event Connections and found similar complaints on consumer websites. Our company contracted Event Connections to provide hotel rooms for a conference. We were notified by Hilton that the company refused payment, but my company had already made the deposit months prior. We tried calling and emailing Event Connections (no response). Long story short, our company lost hundreds of dollars. The phone numbers and email addresses have since changed, and the company now calls itself "Hotel Logistics." I'm guessing the company transforms itself every so often to evade angry customers. The former website is defunct, they are now at http://www.hotellogistics.biz. I will notify the Attorney General of their fraudulent activity, and hopefully help others avoid the trap with this review.
