It is a great place to workout, make friends and have fun! Monday-Friday during our 9:15am class we offer child care for our members (additional cost applies), so even mommies can have 60-minutes of me time! Our class schedule provides for morning and evening classes to accommodate busy schedules: Monday: 5:15am, 9:15am, 4:35pm, 5:45pm Tuesday: 9:15am, 4:35pm, 5:45pm Wednesday: 5:15am, 9:15am, 4:35pm, 5:45pm Thursday: 9:15am*, 4:35pm, 5:45pm Friday: 5:15am, 9:15am Saturday: 7:05am*, 8:05am Sunday: 8:05am *Body sculpt format class.
