Personal physical training BE YOUR BEST If your workouts were fun, exciting, competitive, and never got boring, wouldn't that give you a better chance at becoming the best you can be? At Primal Force Fitness we don't train to be average! WE TRAIN YOU TO BE YOUR BEST!!! Our workouts are exciting and based on functional movements, done at a high intensity. When you come to Primal Force Fitness we will stretch and warm-up together, and then go through the movements of that day's workout, and workout together as a group. If you are unable to perform the prescribed Workout Of the Day, we will work with you and can scale down the workout to fit your fitness ability. Our goal is to give each person safe, yet progressive, workouts that allows them to be and get better on their way to becoming their best.
