We average about 150 clients a year and our past and present client list includes Avery Dennison, Goodyear, Lubrizol, Sunoco Logistics, ThyssenKrupp and Ohio University, to name just a few. With offices in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, we have a staff of five fulltime, senior level professionals, all with significant experience. Our managing partner is Thom Fladung, the former managing editor of The Plain Dealer, Detroit Free Press and the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Howard Fencl ran big city TV newsrooms for 20 years. Stephanie York, our in-house counsel, was assistant law director and chief communications officer for the City of Akron, Ohio. Nora Jacobs, our Senior Vice President, has more than three decades of agency and corporate experience, beginning her career at the BF Goodrich Chemical Group and later as executive vice president of what used to be the nation’s oldest independent public relations firm. Our CEO, Bruce Hennes, began his career in 1972 working in politics followed by three years as the executive director of a large nonprofit, three years in the automotive industry and then opening this firm in 1989.
