We use a unique roasting method on our custom built roaster to achieve the most well rounded, unique and satisfying hand roasted batches around. Each batch is hand roasted to achieve that perfect balance of Aroma, Body, Acidity, Complexity, and Depth. As all of our coffees are single origin, they each possess their own distinctive flavors based on the unique conditions in which they are grown. The Java Hope Project is a social venture of PB Roasting Co. LLC, a woman-minority owned coffee roasting firm. The purpose of Java Hope is to eradicate poverty by empowering marginalized American women to own and operate their own coffee cart business. The Java Hope Project works closely with local communities and respected partners to change the lives of marginalized women. Our goal is to empower women leaving welfare to become entrepreneurs through our business development program. PB Roasting Co. LLC is the parent company of Java Hope. Our parent company roast coffee for the trade, donating 10% of all corporate profits to Java Hope. Our coffees are directly imported from producing nations. Coffee PER manufactures "The San Franciscan Roaster" TM. The San Franciscan Roaster comes in sizes that will roast 1lb, 6lb, 25lb, 75lb, 150lb and 300lb batches. Locally Coffee PER provides powder-coating and metal fabrication services for Fallon, Nevada and Churchill County. Coffee PER also has a local roastery for the city of Fallon and Churchill County locations.
