They remember things and people and other animals just as we do, in their own way, and they are as individual as we are. Susan will work with a clear photo of your animal and contact him or her through the photograph, which is a very effective way of communicating because animals are far more sensitive to thoughts, intentions, and emotions and receive and send telepathic information far easier than we can imagine. That is their universal language, regardless of species. So they need not be present, or awake, or even alive to participate in an exchange with Susan. Susan will either talk with you, their person, after contacting your animal or you may choose to be on the phone with Susan while she is contacting your animal.
