Our State-of-the-Art production facility was designed to meet consumer demands for delicious, fresh and convenient products and entrees. Over 20 million Bento entrees have been produced and exported to our Japanese railroad and airline customers. A skilled workforce insures the quality of our products and maintains the critical high standards that are demanded by our customers. Our strategic location within the rich California heartland ensures availability of rice and produce. Certifications include: (USDA), (FDA), CCOF. We operate under the strictest Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) , Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP). Our Factory is built and adheres to the exacting US and Japan standards of food preparation and sanitation.

We are a meal assembly and everything is made in our store. There is no MSG or preservatives in any of our meals. Our menu changes monthly and it consist of 13 different meals, no less then four of them are freezer to oven. Also, we have what we call Great Go-Alongs, which in no-fuss Meals talk are sides that go great with any of our meals, depending on what you like. Another plus of us making everything here, you have the option of what goes into you meal(s). You have the option to control the ingredients.
