From uniforms, professional craftsmen, lettered up-to-date equipped vehicles, 24 hour/7 day a week emergency response, insurance company approved computerized estimating programs to well educated, knowledgeable and accessible representatives. Neverman Construction Co. was formed in 2000. After years of experience working within the insurance and disaster reconstruction industry, Ken Neverman made the decision to branch out and start Neverman Construction Co. to service the central Ohio area. With Fire, Smoke, Water and Storm Damage as the focus; in the beginning there were three people making up the entire company. As word spread within the industry about the quality craftsmanship and professionalism; there was a need to add more crews in the field and estimators in the office to handle the growing business. In 2003, the company headquarters moved from a downtown Columbus location to its current headquarter and warehouse space in Italian Village on North 4th Street. The company has grown from a small three person establishment into a 50 plus Employee Company, still servicing the needs of central Ohioans. This is what sets Neverman Construction apart from other disaster restoration companies today; our commitment to service this region better than any other company. We are proud to be based in Columbus, Ohio and we intend to maintain the same level of professionalism our customers have come to expect.
