Maxim Metal Finishing specializes in anodizing, hard coat, chromate and electropolishing of various metal alloys for a wide variety of customers and industries. We are located in Pulaski, VA in our newly expanded 11,000 square foot facility that is equipped with multiple loading docks and an oversized drive-in door to handle virtually any size shipment. Metalfinishing.parts offers an array of metal finishing services including Deburring & Cleaning, PVD coating, temporary staffing and Inspection and Sorting. We try to provide as many secondary services to each customer as possible. Today this includes PTFE spray coating, zinc plating, powder coating, metal finishing, wet paint application, metal deburring, parts washing to remove stamping oils, citric passivation, inspection, containment and sorting, staffing and temporary placement, reworking and recruiting.

Since 1960, JENFAB has developed innovative technology for aqueous cleaning systems. The company created the world’s first, fully automated, vertical agitation parts washers, incorporating basket rotation under a washing solution and in a drying chamber. By 1970, JENFAB was providing automated, ultrasonic precision, cleaning systems for the automotive, aviation, and bio-medical industries. Now, JENFAB offers the most extensive line of standard and custom automated spray cleaning, immersion cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning systems for virtually all central, cellular, and inline cleaning requirements. These include front load-unload, rotating basket, vertical agitation and rotation, rotary drum, spray, belt, monorail, combination, and modular lean manufactured systems. JENFAB’s comprehensive aqueous cleaning product line ranges from small-footprint cellular washers, to large, in-line, fully automated vertical agitation and rotation or spray-immersion washers. Parts can be processed continuously in-line, such as in a rotary drum or aqueous cleaning conveyor system, or in baskets, barrels, or specialized fixtures designed to securely hold parts. A wide variety of cleaning action, such as agitation, a submerged spray impingement, or an ultrasonic washing option can be incorporated into multiple stages, including wash, rinse, rust inhibitor, dry or any custom combination of stages. JENFAB aqueous cleaning systems can also be equipped with a wide variety of options, such as chip collection, chip removal, oil skimming or oil coalescing, and high volume filtration. The result is clean and dry parts, with higher throughput than competing systems.
