Long's Family Daycare is a full day childcare provider, run by Diana 'Nanny' Long in her family home in West Knoxville Our daycare has a strong focus on social skills, manners, and standard preparation for kindergarten, equal to a formal preschool. We follow a daily routine with a flexible schedule that includes breakfast, lunch and two snacks (following USDA Food Program standards), nap time, lots of learning, and lots of fresh air and exercise. Along with the basic preschool learning (including the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, etc.), we also teach Baby Sign Language to our younger kids to help with communication. We provide educational toys, craft supplies, workbook pages, and books for all age groups.
