With this dream in mind, their life savings, and no Plan B, the first Daily Rise Coffee drive-thru was launched in 2004 in the middle of Ogden. Their plan was simple - exceptional service, a quality cup of coffee, and the goal to help people see the positive in everyday life.

Justin, the founder and owner, first developed his appreciation for exceptional coffee through his travels and a deep enjoyment of lifes finer details. Before coffee, he was a skilled woodworker, creating custom live edge tables a craft that honed his eye for sourcing unique, high-quality materials. Zac, his brother, is Justin's right hand man bringing his passion and experience in design and operations to the duo. As a small volume, specialty coffee roaster located in beautiful Shenandoah County, we provide only the best coffees from around the world and deliver them fresh to your door. The best cup of coffee comes from freshly roasted beans. Our Roastmaster finds the perfect roast for each of our arabica coffees and will only roast the coffee after he receives your order. You are assured of freshness by the "roasted on" date written on the package label. Our packaging has a one-way valve to release CO2 after roasting and also to release air after the package is resealed. Your beans stay fresh as long as they last, but that won't be long!

Our subscription program "Coffee Adventure" takes you around the world of coffee, two bags at a time, roasted and mailed while warm to the touch. We only use certified organic beans that have been grown in fair labor conditions. Our roasting philosophy is simple: we err on the side of tasting good, while respecting the intense labor and care that the growers put into the coffee. We also help non-profits fund-raise with coffee, and create custom blends for offices, cafes and restaurants.

WhichBrew is a specialty online coffee shop that roasts small batches of coffee to customer specifications. We are dedicated to giving you the coffee beans you want the exact way you want them. Many companies develop "roast profiles" and offer only those roast profiles to their customers. With WhichBrew, we developed what we consider to be ideal roast profiles. But we realize it is ultimately how the coffee tastes in your cup that matters. So although we certainly encourage you to try our standard roast profiles, we also want you to feel free to try different profiles. If you're not sure what roast profile best suits you, we will help you develop that profile so you can get your perfect coffee.
