Our business specializes in the production of Elevation Certificates which are required by building departments and insurance companies. We have 48 years of experience in land surveying, 40 years as a Registered and Licensed Land Surveyor with the last 30 years in Port Charlotte. We also provide the preparation of the applications for LOMAs and LOMFs. These are Letters of Map Ammendments issued by FEMA for the purposed of removing a structure or a parcel of land from a Flood Zone area. We will normally perform the field work in the morning and send out the resulting Elevation Certificate form to your designated insurance agent that afternoon. Your official copy will be mailed to you that afternoon also. We also provide survey quality GPS observations by request.
