Bargas Environmental Consulting, LLC (Bargas) is a minority, woman-owned small business, founded in 2012. Bargas is a multi-faceted firm that specializes in biological and cultural resources, regulatory permitting, environmental documentation and project management services to both private and public-sector clients. With offices in Northern and Southern California, Bargas provides services to four primary market sectors including transportation, energy, water and land development/infrastructure. Our team fosters working relationships with federal, state and local agencies in addition to an array of technical specialists to meet our client’s project objectives. Our team members are recognized professionals in managing/stewarding biological and cultural resources, meeting regulatory requirements, including CEQA/NEPA documentation, supporting our clients’ projects from initial inception to completion. The goal of Bargas is to provide a thorough analysis and engineering/scientific solutions to address client’s requirements while cost-effectively facilitating the resource agency regulatory permitting process.

Envirohazard Solutions is a firm that specializes in mold inspection/assessment and remediation, lead inspection/assessment and lead abatement, asbestos inspection, radon gas testing and mitigation, and indoor air quality assessment (IAQA). Envirohazard Solutions is serving the counties of Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, Riverside and Inland Empire.

Spirit of the Earth has been involved in soil remediation and pollution cleanup using both bioremediation and phytoremediation. We have successfully cleaned up hydrocarbon pollution, lead, arsenic, phosphorous and nitrate (ammunition residue) and other pollutants. We also have processes that help eradicate invasive plant species in native plant environments. We are actively working to restore a carbon base in silicate soils such as deserts and other soils that have suffered carbon depletion due to over-fertilization or pollution. Salt build up in soils is a consistent problem due to the use of recycled waste water and the massive numbers of water softeners that use salt to mitigate the mineral content of the water.

Since 1999, our primary service has been assisting clients achieve land management goals. Mathews & Associates prepares biological surveys, monitoring, mitigation and management plans to NEPA and CEQA compliance, and conducts wildlife surveys. Mathews & Associates also prepares Wetland Delineations, Biological Assessments, and Biological Evaluations. Mathews & Associates routinely conducts biological inventories and habitat assessments for rare, threatened, endangered or sensitive status species. Mathews & Associates is capable of completing large and small projects, with full-time, biologists and approximately 3 seasonal technicians. Mathews & Associates conducts surveys in deep snow, designated wilderness areas, and unroaded backcountry.
