Bargas Environmental Consulting, LLC (Bargas) is a minority, woman-owned small business, founded in 2012. Bargas is a multi-faceted firm that specializes in biological and cultural resources, regulatory permitting, environmental documentation and project management services to both private and public-sector clients. With offices in Northern and Southern California, Bargas provides services to four primary market sectors including transportation, energy, water and land development/infrastructure. Our team fosters working relationships with federal, state and local agencies in addition to an array of technical specialists to meet our client’s project objectives. Our team members are recognized professionals in managing/stewarding biological and cultural resources, meeting regulatory requirements, including CEQA/NEPA documentation, supporting our clients’ projects from initial inception to completion. The goal of Bargas is to provide a thorough analysis and engineering/scientific solutions to address client’s requirements while cost-effectively facilitating the resource agency regulatory permitting process.
