The name reflects my belief that managing time is the key to success in all projects. Schedule and budget are not separate elements and must be managed as one concept. Often the phrase *time is money!* is voiced but rarely heard. A project behind schedule is a project over budget. It is my mission to help you control costs by controlling schedule and budget as a single entity.

Tony Johnson started Johnson Construction & Consulting after a 20 year career working in the Commercial Division at Lease Crutcher Lewis as a Project Manager and Superintendent. In addition to building some of the premier projects in the Seattle area including Garfield High School, UW Law School, Bellevue City Hall and Pacific Place, Tony has developed a network of relationships with DBE, WBE, MBE and Native American subcontractors and apprentices. Johnson Construction & Consulting (JC&C) offers consulting services which include creating and managing the City of Seattle Inclusion Plans and providing assistance in meeting WMBE participation goals. JC&C also provides Project Management support to subcontractors, which include bidding, labor management, planning, coordination and schedule development. JC&C offers General Contractors and Owners assistance developing bid package strategies to meet small and disadvantaged business goals. JC&C offers years of experience planning and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination, Commissioning planning, scheduling and Lean Construction planning.
