River Street Planning & Development, LLC is a NYS woman-owned company formed by Margaret Irwin and John Holehan in 1997. We provide services to a diverse group of organizations including Federal, state, county, and municipal governments of all sizes, public agencies, private businesses, nonprofit organizations, universities, investors and developers in the northeastern United States. Services offered include public meeting planning and facilitation, focus groups, mediation, economic and market analysis and land use planning, zoning, historic preservation, market analysis and conservation planning. River Street provides assistance at all points in the planning process - from market assessment and impact analysis, through plan development and financing.
