Dean grew up in Japan traveling between his home in Fukuyama and the United States, Dean soon acquired the necessary skills to successfully interact cross culturally. Dean is a certified mediator and speaks Japanese fluently. He has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar mergers, provided executive coaching, actionable market research, and conflict resolution. Additionally our staff boasts more than 100 years of combined experience in market research, strategic planning, and Cross-cultural consulting. We employ a mix of highly experienced executives and young MBA's, ensuring that our clients receive balanced market research and strategic planning that is always realistic and never myopic.
