Dean grew up in Japan traveling between his home in Fukuyama and the United States, Dean soon acquired the necessary skills to successfully interact cross culturally. Dean is a certified mediator and speaks Japanese fluently. He has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar mergers, provided executive coaching, actionable market research, and conflict resolution. Additionally our staff boasts more than 100 years of combined experience in market research, strategic planning, and Cross-cultural consulting.
