We produce high-quality sewn soft goods and hand-crafted products. We also provide kitting, assembly and packaging services. Local and national companies come to us when they need to concentrate their workforce and free up floor space for higher return activities. Since 1994 we have worked as partners with our clients to help them manage their projects and efficiently scale their production. As a social enterprise, we also have a social mission. Since day one, we have provided dignified employment while improving access to education for youth and adults. We have also developed and implemented proven strategies in college readiness, family engagement, early childhood development, employability and leadership. On-site childcare for $0.25 an hour has been a central part of Southwest Creations since day one. Our employees have always been able work and develop their skills while their children are cared for in a nurturing environment.
