Building on more than twenty-five years practical work painting in an industrial setting as a Painting Contractor. From new construction to the complete restoration of dilapidated older buildings; from the substructure to finish coatings of a simple color, to murals and faux finishes. This work honed the ability to relate to customers, on site tradesmen, employees, general contractors, architects, and the entire apparatus of people involved in construction. Major projects in search of a Fine Art element need look no further for the mature ability to produce work of the highest quality- and do so as part of a team.

I am working with fabric, fiber, metals and beads to create holiday ornaments, custom wearables and one-of a kind mosaics. All of my work is from original designs and my own creations. My background is in traditional sculpture, ceramics and jewelry, but I have added my own twist to it all. I live near rivers and mountains in the country and am inspired by nature and the animals that I love.

I currently work in my studio booth in downtown Friday Harbor on beautiful San Juan Island. This is my 5th season selling here, and it's been great! Please have a look around my shop to see what I do. Everything is made with great care and with the expertise of someone who has made well over 50,000 pendants and other pieces. Each piece is properly kiln annealed for durability, and made from 100% borosilicate pyrex glass. My popular items are whale tale necklaces, jellyfish pendants, and heart pendants.
