Our business operates like a homebuyers' cooperative, to achieve the objective of providing homebuyers with business income to pay-off their mortgages. Homebuyers join our home investment club, develops a home investment business, and a home investment trust account in which the investor deposits the full amount of the home down payment. The down payment becomes the mortgage guarantee, and the mortgage is paid by the business income, which is authenticated by the seller. Based on the fact that the buyers' income is authenticated by the sellers, the sellers to our buyers are receptive to financing the mortgage for at least five years. Every buyer/investor is facilitated to acquire and pay off his/her home within the period of five years. The only product that we sell is the primary coaching/consulting how-to e-book; which every investor is given the right to resell to create the good faith down payment for the home under purchase consideration.
