Carolina Pilates is York County's original full-service Pilates and Fitness studio serving the Carolinas since 2004. We offer private and duet sessions and a variety of different classes. The newest class is Core Barre and Pilates Mat work and we are a certified studio and the first in Fort Mill to offer this unique mix of ballet barre and Pilates mat work out. The exercises tone your thighs, hips, buttocks, arms and abdominals and is done in 55-minutes to upbeat music.
We also offer off-site training either in your home or office and have worked at many corporations such as John Deere, Carolina Panthers, York County Museum, Charlotte Visitors Center and more.
Our studio is open 7 days a week offering many different classes, privates or duets to fit your busy schedule.
