When deciding on the name for their store, Tabitha and Matthew Kidman looked to scripture as a source of inspiration - Acts 9:36-42, specifically. These few short verses tell the story of another Tabitha, from the town of Joppa, who was resurrected by St. Peter in a miraculous turn of events. Upon her revival, Tabitha’s tale spread throughout the region, as people revelled in the beauty and mercy of the Lord and came to believe in Him.
As we take our name from Tabitha’s home, House of Joppa aspires to a similar goal. Through our modern, refined Catholic home decor and gift items, we hope to inspire others to immerse themselves in our faith and share in the wealth of beauty the Lord has granted us.
Our selection of Catholic wall art, jewelry, candles, paper goods, and more is carefully curated to allow you to showcase your faith with elegance and style. Shop now to find the perfect artisanal Catholic gifts and decor for any occasion, and follow us on Instagram @houseofjoppa for updates.

Of special interest is our section on Biblical artifacts. We carry reproductions of ancient lamps used in the Bible. These lamps work as well today as they did 2000 years ago. We are also available for lectures regarding these ancient oil lamps.

Andrzejewski's Religious Goods was founded in 1902 by Ignatius Andrzejewski of Bay City, Michigan. In 1988, Marian Church Supply of Saginaw, Michigan, merged with the original company to create Andrzejewski's Marian Church Supply. With the 1994 acquisition of A. Mateja & Sons, Co. (est. 1922) of Detroit, Michigan, the company became known as A-M Church Supply. In August, 1996, the company added Trinity Church Supply (est. 1966) of Cincinnati, Ohio, to the A-M Church Supply group. More recently, we acquired the G.A. Fuchs Company of Detroit, Michigan. We are members of the National Church Goods Association.
Our focus on excellence in church goods and customer service has led to our sustained growth through six states and dozens of dioceses.
