We are a new dance studio in Ferndale, MI offering a variety of classes to both children and adults. At The Institution of Dance Arts, we investigate dance as an art form and explore our instinctual need for movement. We provide our students not only with the knowledge of dance movement, vocabulary and history, but also with skill sets that will enhance their lives outside of dance. We offer classes in all genres to all ages and levels within a safe, nurturing, and educational environment, allowing us to create lifelong dancers who appreciate the art of movement.

Expressions In Motion Dance and Gymnastics Studio provides affordable dance and gymnastics classes for students ages 22 months through adults. Our experienced, certified instructors teach ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, gymnastics, tumbling, musical theatre, hula, Hawaiian dance, jump rope, ballroom, wedding dance, and social dance in a fun and supportive environment. We focus on developing confidence, coordination, and skill for every age and experience level.
