Champion Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is proud to offer high-level jiu jitsu instruction to the Chesterfield community. At Champion Jiu Jitsu students will build self-confidence, conditioning, and quality relationships while learning the art of ground fighting (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu). Students will learn how to close distance, take opponents to the ground, defend being taken to the ground, control opponents on the ground, escape compromised positions, and submit opponents. We offer jiu jitsu classes in the traditional uniform (GI) and NO-GI jiu jitsu (submission grappling). While we encourage training jiu jitsu in the gi and without, we realize some students prefer one over the other. Our classes are suitable for all skill levels.
