Quiet Storm Jujitsu is owned and operated by Professor Medlen. Professor Medlen teaches Shin Shin Jujitsu and Shin Nagare Karate. Students will be ranked in both. We DO NOT have contracts. It is a monthly pay as you go fee of $75. We offer family discounts, and we do offer free lessons to see if this is for you (the first month is free). We do not offer a children's program. We have an age restriction of usually 16 and above. We will consider a little younger, but only after a meet and greet between the student and instructor.

About the Instructor: Sean Applegate is proudly the first and only certified 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu instructor on the gulf coast. He holds belts in 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu as well as being ranked in Shotokan Karate. He took 2nd place at the Gracie Worlds tournament in July of 2012 and 1st in 2013. In addition to competing in Jiu Jitsu tournaments, Sean has coached several amateur and professional MMA fighters.
