Hi! We are the original Pilates studio in OKC, and it has been open since 2001. We are fully equipped with Balanced Body equipment. We have 12 Studio Reformers (5 of which have Towers/Trapezes), a Cadillac, 6 Combo Chairs, and 3 types of Barrels. Our instructors have over 40 years of combined experience teaching Pilates, and our clients are all ages, all body types, and all fitness levels. The studio is owned by Lucky Jabara and Amanda Holt LeNaire, and they took ownership from Kelli Cupp in 2011. Amanda is a Balanced Body Master Instructor/teacher trainer in Comprehensive Pilates and MOTR. We proudly sponsor dancers from Oklahoma City Ballet who train daily in our studio.
