Sessions are $20 per hour. Reiki & Guided Meditation Sessions In Reiki, the hands are gently placed on various points of the body to balance energy. This therapy of Japanese origin diminishes stress and fatigue, and energy healing that cleanses and balances the energy patterns in the body. During a session, Sarah will work in energetic connection with you in order to remove blockages, detoxify your energy system, and restore your vital life force energy, leaving the mind and the body with the feeling of peace and clarity.
