We teach the Korean Martial art of Tae Kwon Do. Grandmaster Hong has over 40 years of experience that includes both Olympic and Traditional Tae Kwon Do. Grand Master Hong's philosophy is that Tae Kwon Do is much more than a self-defense. He teaches that its foundation is about mental discipline, confidence, balance, and harmony.
