Our menu is served "Alaskan Style", with fresh products of the season. In summer months we use herbs from our chefs garden which is just outside the restaurant. Fresh salmon is delivered by float plane right at our dock. We also server prime beef which is aged 21 days to insure maximum flavor. And don't forget the "World's Most Northern Oyster Bar" where you can sample succulent oysters flown in fresh from Seattle. To wash it all down, choose from the best wines of the Pacific Northwest and Alaska micro brews.
